I'll be gone Thursday and Friday of this week. Here's the game plan:

If you are in period 5a or 6th, you'll need to watch the video lesson on Section 8.3 (broken into four parts at the end of this blog post) during class. Please watch with headphones on as not to disturb your neighbor and ask the sub if you have any questions! When you're done you can complete the following HW assignment:

Notes on the CHapter 7 Review

1) On problem # 12 you need to find 3 unknowns but you've been given 4 equations. You only need to use 3 of them and it doesn't matter which you pick.

2) #13 b asks you to sketch the system of inequalities and then to find the points of intersection. I found the intersection points (you can see my work underneath the shading) but the calculation was a little messier than you'd have to get into on a test so you can disregard finding the intersection points if you want.

Even if you already have one, I would recommend that you create a new one that will be your "professional" account. You will need to add me ( njosephmath@google.com ) as a contact so that we will be able to communicate remotely. Some of you have already done this in class, but I need to everyone on board so that we’re prepared. We’ll run a test of this as a review study session for the next quiz.
